青年职业价值观的塑造地位突出、意义重大、形势紧迫。实现中华民族伟大复兴的"中国梦"既要紧紧依靠青年一代,又要积极引导青年树立正确的职业价值观。青年马克思的职业价值观体系清晰、内容丰富、导向明确,对当代青年职业价值观树立和塑造以及"中国梦"的实现具有重要的指导意义。

The shaping of professional values of the young people occupies the outstanding status and has the great significance,which is very urgent at present. To achieve ＂China Dream＂ of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the young generation must be closely relied upon, at the same time, the correct professional values of the youth should be actively guided. The professional values of the young Marx have the sharply defined system, the rich content and the clear guiding, which have extremely important impact on the guiding and shaping for the professional values of contemporary young poeple, as well as on the realization of the ＂China Dream＂.
