论艺术生产力和文化软实力的辩证关系

On Dialectical Relations between Art Productivity and Cultural Soft Power

从马克思主义唯物辩证法和生产力生产关系原理,特别是艺术生产力原理出发,认为艺术生产力是社会生产力的重要组成部分,是推动社会生产力发展的重要力量。艺术生产力的高低决定一个国家文化软实力的强弱,而文化软实力又反作用于艺术生产力,二者存在着密切的互文辩证关系。在现阶段,有效处理好艺术生产力和文化软实力之间的关联性,是提高综合国力、提升民族认同感、凝聚文化向心力、增强文化吸引力、建立文化强国的重要保证。

This paper, based on Marxist materialist dialectics and productive relation principle, especially the principle of art productivity, argues that art productivity is the important part of social productivity, and is an important force to promote the development of social productivity. The art of productivity determines a country＇s cultural soft strength, and cultural soft power reacts to the art productivity, there is a close dialectical relationship. At present, the effective treatment of the relevance between art production and cultural soft power is an important guarantee to enhance the comprehensive national strength,to improve our sense of national identity and culture centripetal force, to increase cultural attraction,and to establish a powerful cultural country.
