Present Situation and Improvement of the Course Guide to Employment of Guizhou Minority College Students

近年来大学生就业问题日渐成为社会的热点,备受社会各界关注。就业指导课程是学校帮助学生了解就业形势、获取就业信息及提升自身就业能力的重要手段。分析现阶段贵州大学生就业指导课程现状及存在的问题,并提出可行性的对策与建议,对深入探讨就业指导课程与促进贵州大学生的就业关系有一定的指导意义。

In recent years, the problem of employment of College Students is becoming a social focus problem. Employment guidance course is an important means to help students understand the employment circumstances, access to employment information and enhance their employability. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of ca-reer guidance curriculum of college students in Guizhou, and proposes the feasible countermeasures and suggestions, for investigating the relationship between Employment guidance course and promotion of monority college students employment.
