摘要
目的探讨老年高血压合并糖尿病患者218例临床护理效果。方法我院选取了2013年12月至2014年12月期间来治疗的218例高血压合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,把218例患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组分别109例患者。给予对照组常规护理,观察组综合优质护理,比较观察两组护理效果。结果观察组患者病情改善率为92%,对照组病情改善率为67%,观察组明显优于对照组。两组差异(P<0.05),存在统计学意义。结论对老年高血压病合并糖尿病患者实施在临床中实施优质护理可稳定患者病情,可临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect in 218 elderly hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 218 elderly hypertensive patients with diabetes mellitus receiving treatment from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 109 patients in each group. Routine nursing was offered to the control group, while the comprehensive quality nursing was provided to the observation group. The nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The improvement rate of the patients in observation group was 92%, versus 67% in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Quality clinical nursing implemented during the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus is able to stabilize the patients＇ condition and is worthy of clinical promotion.
