氯吡格雷在急性心绞痛患者中的应用效果

Efficacy of clopidogrel in patients with acute angina

目的探讨急性心绞痛治疗中应用氯吡格雷的方案及效果。方法我院2012年1月至2014年12月间收治的急性心绞痛患者78例,随机分为小剂量组(给予氯吡格雷300mg/d)和大剂量组(氯吡格雷600mg/d),比较两组疗效及不良反应情况。结果大剂量组治疗总有效率94.87%(37/39)高于小剂量组74.36%(29/39),差异明显(P<0.05);两组用药过程中大剂量组不良反应高于小剂量组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性心绞痛治疗中应用大剂量氯吡格雷可有效改善患者症状,且未明显增加不良反应,有临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the regimens and therapeutic effect of clopidogrel in the treatment of acute angina. Methods A total of 78 patients with acute angina admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December2014 were randomly assigned to low-dose group（clopidogrel 300 mg/d） and high-dose group（clopidogrel 600 mg/d）. The therapeutic effect and adverse effect were compared between these two groups. Results The overall response rate of high-does group（94.87%, 37/39） was significantly higher than that of low-does group（74.36%, 29/39）（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was nonsignificantly higher in the high-dose group than in the low-dose group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion High-dose clopidogrel for acute angina could effectively relive the patient＇s symptoms without increasing adverse reactions, and is worthy of clinical application.
