相对微创简化的中面部SMAS除皱术式

MINIMALLY INVASIVE AND SIMPLIFIED MID-LOWER FACIAL ASMAS RHYTIDECTOMY METHOD

目的寻求一种相对微创、效果叠加的中下部面部除皱术式并分析评价手术技巧及优势。方法吸除下颌及面部其他部位多余脂肪,初步改善面部轮廓。在发际线前切口行中下面部除皱,耳垂处切口止点转角三角形皮瓣切除多余堆积皮肤有效提紧面颈皮肤,利用切除SMAS筋膜瓣及切口起始处猫耳畸形填充颧弓上下凹陷,脂肪游离移植进一步调整面部轮廓,从而达到完善效果。结果 2012年12月至2014年12月应用此技术为40例面部老化下垂伴随面部轮廓欠佳的患者实行手术治疗。术后患者除皱效果及轮廓改善明显,并发症少,恢复快,随访6-18个月术后效果肯定,切口瘢痕小,患者满意度高。结论此种术式操作技巧力求简单快捷且效果最大化,多处自体组织充分利用,一举两得且降低费用,患者易于接受,值得临床推广。

Objective Seeking minimally invasive and simplified operation method in the middle and lower face lift and analysis and evaluation of surgical techniques and advantages. Methods Jaw, face and other parts of the excess fat sucked preliminary improve facial contours. In front hairline incision operating the mid-lower facial rhytidectomy, triangle flap cut off near the earlobe in order to remove excess skin effectively and tighten face and neck skin, use the resected SMAS fascia tissue and cat ear malformation tissue to fill the zygomatic arch depression, graft fat tissue to adjust facial contours, so as to achieve perfect results.Results From December 2012 to December 2014, 40 patients with facial aging sagging facial contours were operated surgery with this technology. Patients got clear improvement of wrinkle effect and outline after surgery, fewer complications and faster recovery. After 6-18 months of follow-up,patients got small scar and high satisfaction.Concluions This surgical technique does a quick and easy operation, and achieve the best effect, taking advantage of multiple autologous tissue and reducing costs. It is easy for patients to accept and deserve popularation.
