耳甲软骨与人工鼻假体联合植入隆鼻术

AURICULAR CARILAGE COMBINED WITH ARTIFICIAL PROSTHESIS IN AUGMENTATION RHINOPLASTY

目的 观察并分析联合植入耳甲软骨和人工鼻假体隆鼻术的临床效果。方法 2011年7月-2012年12月,共计100例患者在我院行隆鼻手术,按照其手术方法的不同将其分别列入观察组与对照组,每组各为50例。对照组行传统人工鼻假体隆鼻术,观察组则行耳甲软骨和人工鼻假体联合植入隆鼻术。结果 观察组并发症的发生率为4%,满意度为96%,对照组并发症的发生率为38%,满意度为70%,两组并发症发生率和满意度比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在临床上,联合植入耳甲软骨和人工鼻假体隆鼻术安全有效,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect analysis and combined with the implantation of ear cartilage and artificial prosthesis in augmentation rhinoplasty. Methods From 2011 July -2012 year in December, a total of lO0 patients in our hospital underwent rhinoplasty operation, according to the different operation methods were included in the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group received traditional artificial prosthesis rhinoplasty, observation group underwent auricular cartilage and artificial prosthesis implant augmentation rhinoplasty. Results In the observation group the incidence of complications was 4%, satisfaction was 96%, the control group the incidence of complications was 38%, satisfaction is 70%, comparing the two groups the incidence of complications and satisfaction, the differences were statistically significant （all P 〈0.05）. Conclusion In clinical practice, combined with auricular cartilage and artificial nose augmentation rhinoplasty is safe and effective, worthy of promotion.
