摘要
在当前民航管制日趋复杂的前提下,采用调查问卷方法,分析我国空中交通管制单位对民航交通运输毕业生综合素质要求,并研究用人单位对民航交通运输专业毕业生综合素质提高的建议,为管制员培养提供参考依据。
On the premise of the current rapid development of civil aviation,this study used questionnaire to analyze the requirements of the comprehensive quality of air traffic management graduates set by China＇s air traffic control unities.It also researched on employers＇ suggestions to improve the comprehensive quality of air traffic management graduates and provide references for air traffic controller＇s rudimentary training.
