摘要
国际海事组织(IMO)第二代完整稳性衡准工作组正在制定纯稳性丧失薄弱性衡准。在最近的SDC1会议上提出了新的衡准草案,并在会议期间进行了新的补充。论文首先分析了最新草案中纯稳性丧失的衡准方法;其次选取不同的船型在不同的工况下进行计算分析,研究了目前衡准值的可行性,为IMO船舶纯稳性丧失衡准的制定提供技术支撑。
Vulnerability criteria of pure loss of stability are under development by the Sub-Committee on Ship Design and Construction (SDC) of International Maritime Organization (IMO) in second generation intact stability criteria. Firstly, the paper describes the latest drafts for pure loss of stability, which is provided by SDC1 and the Intercessional Correspondence Group on Intact Stability. Secondly, sample calculations for different kinds of ships are executed. Finally, the feasibility of the vulnerability criteria is studied, which provides technical support for the development of the vulnerability criteria for pure loss of stability in the second generation intact stability criteria.
