摘要
目前IMO正在制定第二代完整稳性规则,参数横摇薄弱性衡准是其中的重要内容。论文基于IMOSDC1/INF.8参数横摇薄弱性衡准草案以及通讯组后续2次的修改草案,开发了参数横摇薄弱性衡准第一层和第二层计算程序。通过对C11船的薄弱性衡准计算,验证了该程序的可靠性。然后对16艘船舶共48种载况进行样船计算,并对参数横摇第一层薄弱性衡准和第二层薄弱性衡准的协调性进行了分析。这些为参数横摇薄弱性衡准的制定提供参考。
IMO is now drafting second generation of intact stability criteria, in which parametric rolling is main content. This paper is based on the draft criteria at IMO SDC 1/INE8 for ship parametric rolling, and on the subsequent two modified drafts released by the communication team. The program of the Level 1 and the Level 2 parametric rolling vulnerability assessment is developed. Based on the calculation of vulnerability criterion for C 11 containership, reliability of the computer program is verified. Total of 16 ships are calculated under 48 loading conditions. The harmony between Level 1 vulnerability assessment and the Level 2 vulnerability assessment is studied, which offers beneficial support to the perfection of parametric rolling vulnerability assessment.
