摘要
分析了电能计量设备通信接口的基本结构和电气特性,提出适用于该类设备RS-485和电力线载波通信接口的测试方法。采用高精度采样及实时数据存储和分析的技术方案,开发了基于FPGA的自动化测试系统。试验结果表明,该系统能够满足电能计量设备通信接口自动化测试的需求,为智能电能表和终端通信接口一致性检测和通信性能评估提供技术手段,为相关通信技术方案选型提供有效依据。
This paper analysed the structure and electrical properties of communication interface of power meter device, and put forward the test method of RS -485 and power line communication interfaces. The high precision A/D sampling and real-time data storage design scheme was adopted. The automated test system based on FPGA was developed. The experimental results show that the system meets the demands of intelligent power metering devices communication interface test. The system provides useful detection methods for communication interface and offers effective basis toward communication technology scheme selection.
