摘要
以"达意"和"传情"为原则,探讨闽茶文化英译的美学意蕴。提出根据茶名不同的命名方式及所处的语境,茶名英译可以采用音译、直译、音译加直译等几种方式,以达到既忠实于原文,又不失简洁质朴美的目的;而在茶俗茶艺翻译过程中,色香味形之美是品饮审美过程中外在物质美的集中表现,译者需运用形象思维将其艺术形象再现于译文;同时在茶诗词翻译中,译者对原文之美的再现要尽量保留本土韵味,重现原诗的意境美。
Observing the principles of "Expressiveness" and "Acceptability", this study probes into the aes- thetic connotations in translating works on Fujian tea culture. Various naming patterns and contexts require flexible translation methods, such as transliteration, literal translation, transliteration plus literal translation, so as to achieve faithfulness and simplicity. And in the translation of tea custom and tea arts, the visible beau- ty of tea is presented in its taste and shape, whose artistry shah be represented imaginarily. In the translation of tea poetry, it needs to keep the beauty of artistic conception of the original poem.
