成人学习者特征变化对远程开放教育质量评价的影响

The Influence of the Characteristics Change of Adult Learners On the Qulity Access of Distance Open Education

对2005年和2013年江苏开放大学开放教育学员学习特点进行追踪调查,发现时代变迁和年龄特点对学习动机、学习障碍、解决困难的方式、学习习惯、交往方式和对象具有影响,而且随着时代的变迁和年龄的增长,人们的学习特点也发生了变化。因此,应根据社会发展需要和学员年龄特点建立远程开放教育质量控制和评价体制。

The tracking survey on characteristics of the learners in Jiangsu Open University shows that the changes of the times and the characteristics of age have impact on learning motivation,learning disabilities,the mode of problem-solving,learning habits,the mode and objects of communication; with the change of the times and the growth of age,people＇s learning characteristics have also changed. Hence,the construction of quality control and evaluation system of distance open education should be based on the needs of social development and the characteristics of learners＇ age.
