摘要 教育投资不仅具有显性的货币收益,其隐性的非货币收益也显现出了巨大的价值,然而由于非货币收益难以计量,理论界对其开展的研究尚不系统,实践中往往被忽略。在对国内外学者关于"教育非货币收益"理论研究与实证分析等文献深度解读、梳理的基础上,立足于职业教育,系统阐述职业教育的直接非货币收益与间接非货币收益,并详细罗列各项非货币收益的所属变量,解析产生收益的原因,为后续的职业教育非货币收益实证研究奠定理论基础,也为职业教育的投资政策提供有益参考。 Educational investment not only has the dominant monetary benefit,but also shows the great value of implicit and nonmonetary benefits. However,due to the difficulty in measuring the non-monetary benefits,the theoretical studies on it is not systematic,and it is always ignored in practice. Based on the theoretical research and empirical analysis of the literature on " education non-money benefit" by domestic and foreign scholars,this paper systematically analyzes the direct non-monetary benefits and indirect non-monetary benefits of vocational education,and details the non-monetary variables,analyzes the reasons,which lays a theoretical basis for the following empirical research of the vocational education non-monetary benefits,and provides a useful reference for the investment policy of vocational education.
