口服脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗引起的脊髓灰质炎相关病例1例调查报告

摘要 2012年8月2日,莱阳市疾控中心接到AFP主动监测系统报告的1例AFP病例,2013年1月7日,由烟台市疑似预防接种异常反应调查诊断专家组进行了调查诊断,经过充分讨论得出如下结论：患儿右下肢迟缓性麻痹为疫苗相关麻痹型脊髓灰质炎,属于预防接种异常反应,现将病例调查处理情况报道如下。
