注射用炎琥宁致严重不良反应1例

1 Cases of Adverse Reactions induced by Yanhuning Injection

患者女性,46岁,因急性上呼吸道感染于我院门诊治疗。给予注射用炎琥宁(400 mg qd)静脉滴注抗感染,静脉滴注20 min后,患者出现头晕、呕吐胃内容物,立即停止输液、观察,随后患者症状加重,血压无法测量,立即给予肾上腺素注射液、地塞米松注射液、多巴胺注射液、呋塞米注射液对症治疗,并给予吸氧处理,1 h后症状改善,但又过了1 h患者出现全身抽搐,立即送本院重医学室进一步治疗,当晚被诊断为心肌梗死,随后转上一级医院治疗。
