摘要
分析了森林公园养老综合体的内涵及其开发的理论基础,构建了森林公园养老综合体选址评价指标体系,得出各个指标的权重,得分越高的森林公园越适宜规划建设养老综合体。森林公园养老综合体建设包括生态休闲游憩系统、森林养老系统和森林养老支持系统,各建设体系下具体产品的打造按照"森林公园养老综合体选址评价指标"内容和国家、行业、地方相关规范的要求进行。
This paper analyzed the meaning of forest park-endowment complex and the theoretical foundation of development,built the evaluation index system of site selection,obtained each target weight. Finally,the forest park of the higher score was more suitable for planning and construction endowment complex. The forest park-endowment complex construction included ecological recreation system,forest endowment system and forest endowment support system. Under the each building system built the specific products according to ＂the forest park endowment complex site selection evaluation index＂ content and national,industry and local relevant specification.
