摘要
阐述了某新建的制氢装置以加氢裂化干气和天然气为主要原料,为加氢裂化装置提供加氢原料的工艺技术。干气NH3含量超标,若直接进入加氢反应器,氨与有机硫存在竞争吸附,造成催化剂活性的减弱或丧失。选择了3种工艺改进方案进行对比,结果表明,更换催化剂与其它方案相比具有明显的技术优势。
This paper introduced the process technology for a new 6×104m3/h hydrogen plant which uses hydrocracking dry gas and natural gas as the main raw materials for the hydrocracking unit. NH3 content in dry gas exceeded standard,if it join directly into the hydrogenation reactor,there is competitive adsorption between ammonia and organic sulfur,resulting in reduced activity of the catalyst or loss of accuracy. Three process improvement programs were chosen to make comparison,and the result showed that changing catalyst has significant advantage compared with the other two options.
