顺丁橡胶干燥机出料平稳率的控制措施探讨

Discussion on control measures for stable discharge rate of dryer of cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber plant

顺丁橡胶后处理干燥机的出料平稳率直接关系到橡胶成品的质量。运行中出现进料量均匀情况下出料不稳定,胶料经过模头眼时出料速度不均匀,存在喷料现象。文中针对提高干燥机出料平稳率进行分析。

The stable discharging rate of dryer in the finishing section of butadiene plant it directly related to the quality of rubber product. During operation,unstable discharging appeared under the condition of even feeding,discharging speed was not even when the rubber material passed the die holes,and material spraying phenomenon existed. This paper made analysis regarding to improving the stable discharging rate of dryer.
