摘要
通过对改造后的低氮燃烧锅炉的冷态性能进行分析,对锅炉一次风、二次风、三次风、燃尽风的喷口角度、标高和轴线位置进行了调整,并对风速进行调平试验,确定了符合锅炉燃烧的空气动力场条件,满足了锅炉燃烧的热效率要求。
Based on analysis of the cold performance of the low-nitrogen combustion boiler after modification,adjustment was made to the nozzle angle,elevation and axis position of the boiler's primary air,secondary air,tertiary air and over-fire air,and leveling test was made to the air velocity,aerodynamic field condition that conforms to boiler combustion was determined,thus the heat efficiency requirement was satisfied.
