摘要
对627 k W汽轮机PG-PL型调速器出现剧烈振荡的问题进行分析,认为造成振荡的原因是配汽机构与调速系统不匹配,配汽机构存在主汽阀零点未对准问题,调节时汽阀线性改变。采取了相应的技术措施后,振荡故障消除。
The problem of intense oscillation of 627 k W turbine PG-PL governor was analyzed. The causes for the oscillation was believed that mismatching happened between the steam distribution system and the speed governing system,misalignment at the main steam valve's zero point of steam distribution mechanism existed,and the linear change of steam valve happened during adjustment. The technical measures were adopted and the oscillation problem was eliminated.
