摘要
催化裂化装置的能耗占炼油综合能耗的40%以上,随着催化裂化原料性质劣质化、重质化和反应温度等操作条件苛刻度的提高,使装置能耗持续增加。重油催化裂化装置能耗主要是烧焦能耗,其次是公用工程消耗和热回收部分。通过技术改造、优化操作,可有效地降低装置能耗。
The energy consumption of the catalytic cracking unit accounts for more than 40% of the comprehensive energy consumption of oil refining. With the nature of feedstock becoming deteriorated, heavier and the operation condition such as the reaction temperature becoming more severe, the unit's energy consumption has increased continuously. The energy consumption of the catalytic cracking unit is mainly from the coke burning, and then the utilities consumption and heat recovery section. The technical modification and operation optimization can effectively reduce the unit's consumption.
