摘要
某石化公司红旗泡属天然水库,根据红旗泡取水系统所处的地理位置,对该取水系统的非自然因素和自然因素2个方面的风险进行了评价。依据评价结果,首先在基础建设时实施可靠措施,然后根据预测灾害程度,研制出相应的应急平台。提高了取水系统的应急能力,保证了红旗泡取水系统安全运行,同时保证在自然灾害发生时,把损失程度控制到最低程度。
Daqing Petrochemical Company's Hongqipao reservoir belongs to natural reservoir. Based on the geographic location of its water taking system,evaluation was made to the risks in 2 aspects inclusive of non-natural factors and natural factors of this water taking system. According to the evaluation result,first the reliable measure was implemented in the time of infrastructure construction,and then the corresponding emergency platform was developed according to predicted disaster degree,thus its safe operation is ensured,and the extent of damage can be controlled to the lowest when the natural disaster happens.
