摘要
以涤纶短纤为原料,通过优化细纱、蒸纱和浆纱工艺,增加纱线强力和条干均匀度,稳定纱线捻度,减少纱线表面毛羽,纺制高支强捻涤纶纱,织造巴厘纱面料。生产实践表明,优化工艺后纺制的高支强捻纱线密度可达到3.94tex,纱线捻度可达650捻/10cm。织造的巴厘纱面料布面稀薄、布孔清晰,透气量可达960mm/s,透湿量为12g/(m2·d),具有"水波纹"的视觉效果。
With polyester staple fiber as raw material,this study spins high-count tight twist polyester yarn and voile fabrics by optimizing spinning,yarn steaming and sizing process,increasing yarn strength and yarn evenness,stabilizing yarn twist,reducing yarn surface fiber.The production practice shows that the density of high-count tight twist polyester yarn spun with optimized process can reach 3.94 tex and yarn twist can reach 650twists/10 cm.The voile fabric spun has thin cover and clear hole.Its permeation volume can reach 960mm/s and moisture transmission is 12g/(m^2·d).It has"water ripple"visual effect.
