This paper unscrambles and analyzes GB 5296.4—2012Instructions for Use of Products of Consumer Interest-Part 4：Textiles and Apparel,and compares it with the older version of GB 5296.4—1998 Instructions for Use of Products of Consumer InterestInstructions for Use of Textiles and Apparel.Then this paper summarizes their differences,points out problem that textile and garment enterprises need to pay attention to during using the standard,and gives relevant countermeasures.
