摘要 通过对国内外纺织材料检测领域专利申请数据的检索,分析了该领域专利申请特点和分布情况。结合现状认为:我国的研发单位可以利用高新技术、革新纺织材料检测机理,积极申请专利,提高专利保护意识;对于有价值的技术方案,可采取进行同日发明与实用新型的申请方式;对于具有核心价值的高价值技术方案,应努力向国外进行专利申请,积极参与国际专利竞争,拓展国际市场。 This paper analyzes characteristics and distribution of patent application in the area through retrieval of patent application data in domestic and foreign textile material test area.According to the status,this paper considers that Chinese research and development units can apply for patent positively with high technology and innovatory textile material detection mechanism and improve the awareness of patent protection,use the application method of invention and utility model on the same day for valuable technical proposals,and endeavor to apply for patent to foreign countries,positively participate in international patent competition and expand the international market for high-value technical proposals with core value.
