摘要
台北玉果油田针对高分子聚合物、地层微生物等堵塞地层导致的注水井欠注问题,引进了HRS氧化复合解堵技术。介绍了HRS氧化剂解堵原理、技术优点,评价了其氧化降解性能、杀菌性能、腐蚀性能,开展了酸液配方优选以及岩心驱替解堵效果评价。HRS氧化复合解堵技术在玉果油田应用7井次,有效率100%,平均单井日增注30.5m3,注水压力下降15.4MPa,有效期409d,降压增注效果显著,解决了玉果油田欠注问题。
In Yuguo Oilfield,there existed the problem of insufficient water injection in injection wells induced by residual high molecular polymer and microbial matters in conventional acidizing operation,in allusion to the problem,HRS compound acidizing technology was introduced in the oilfield.The HRS oxidant blocking principle,technical advantages,laboratory evaluation of its degradation,bactericidal performance,corrosion resistance were introduced,acidizing formula was optimized and the plugging effect of HRS oxidation compound deplugging liquid for core flooding was evaluated.The HRS broken-down technology is used in 7wells of Yuguo Oilfield with the effective rate of 100%,the average daily oil increment is 30.5m3,pressure drop-down is 15.4MPa,the valid date is 409 d,it obtains good effect in drop-down and augmented injection,the problem of insufficient water injection is solve in the oilfield.
