“智能快干”堵漏水泥浆体系的室内研究与现场应用

Laboratory Study and Field Application of Smart Quick-setting Plugging Cement Slurry System

针对涪陵页岩气开发过程中不断出现的浅表层恶性漏失,以及韩家店组漏失导致地层承压能力不足等技术难题,通过不断的现场摸索与室内研究,开发出了一种新型堵漏技术——"智能快干"堵漏技术。该堵漏技术的核心为智能快凝水泥浆体系,该水泥浆体系具有凝结快、早期强度高、微膨胀、抗硫酸盐侵蚀等特点。为使智能快凝水泥浆体系具有更好的现场使用性和安全性,研发了配套的添加剂产品——特种调凝剂RET-S和流性调节剂FIT-1。加入配套添加剂产品后,堵漏水泥浆具有起稠快、强度高、隔水封堵效果好、稠化时间任意可调等特性,能够很好地满足现场施工作业需要。该堵漏水泥浆体系在涪陵页岩气现场应用了4口井,封堵效果明显。现场应用成功说明该技术可以满足1500m以内的各种堵漏作业,并具有良好的安全可靠性。

In order to overcome the technical problems of malignant leakage in shallow or surface layers during the development of shale gas in Fuling Area and lost circulation in Hanjiadian Area that caused insufficient ability for supporting the formation pressure,through continuous laboratory studies and field application,a new plugging technology named 'smart quick-setting' plugging technology was developed.The key of this plugging technology was the smart quick-setting cement slurry system,which had the characteristics of quick setting,high early strength,micro-expansion and resistance to sulfate invasion.To obtain a better field application and safety for the smart quick-setting cement slurry system,an additive products named special coagulant RET-S and flow regulator FIT-1were developed.After adding the additives,the cement slurry has the characteristics of fast thickening,high strength,good sealing effect,and adjustable thickening time,it can meet the needs of field operation.The plugging cement slurry system is used in 4wells in Fuling Shale Gas Field,the sealing effect is obvious.The successful field application shows that the technology can meet the plugging operation within 1500 meters,and it has good safety and reliability.
