摘要
随着我国高等教育的快速发展,其成本轨迹不断上升的问题开始凸显。究其原因,与高校自身的属性、压力、规模的扩张及学生学习年限的增加有很大关系。因此,需要采取措施解决这一问题,通过分析已有相关策略的利弊并结合现实情况,探究出如下几种方法:(一)提高高校管理的灵活性和自主性;(二)重视重视管理能力的培养;(三)降低授课教师的生均成本;(四)提高学生的学习效率。
With the rapid development of higher education in China,the rising cost of its track is rising.. Investigate its reason,with the University＇s own attribute,the pressure,the scale expansion and the student study time of the increase has the very big relations. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures to solve this problem,through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing strategy combined with the reality,explore several methods are as follows：（a）to improve the university management flexibility and autonomy;（II） attention to attach importance to the training of management ability;（III）reduced teaching teacher student cost;（4）to improve the learning efficiency of students.
