河南省协同创新中心建设现状及发展策略

Research on the Current Status and Development Measures of Collaborative Innovation Center in Henan Province

《高等学校创新能力提升计划》旨在通过协同创新中心这一载体,转变高校创新方式,提升高等学校创新能力。根据河南省首批13家协同创新中心实地调研结果,认真分析各中心成员单位的组成结构,总结中心目前存在的主要问题。结合《高等学校创新能力提升计划》精神,就促进河南省协同创新中心未来健康发展提出针对性建议:构建科学的协同创新中心组成结构,完善中心科研评价体系,健全中心管理机构和制度,积极吸引国内外高水平机构参与,探索中心科技成果公司化运作模式。

The aim of Promotional Plan of Innovative Ability in Higher Institues is to transform university＇s innovation mode and promote its innovation ability by building collaborative innovation center. According to the investigation of the first 13 collaborative innovation centers in Henan Province,this paper analyses its composition structure and points out the main problems. Combined with the Promotional Plan of Innovative Ability in Higher Institues spirit,in order to promote the healthy development of collaborative innovation center in the future,this paper puts forward the specific recommendations,which include constructing scientific center members structure,perfecting research evaluation system,setting up complete center management mechanism and system,actively attracting high levels of domestic and foreign institutions to participate in,exploring center company operation mode.
