摘要
学术图书的开放获取是较新领域,英国知识解锁项目(Knowledge Unlatched)是其中的成功尝试。文章从使命、运作、管理、经济、法律、成就等方面介绍知识解锁项目,提出我国图书馆界应在开放获取中转变观念,参与跨界、跨国合作。
The Open Access （OA） of academic books is a new thing in OA movement. Knowledge Unlatched （KU）, from the United Kingdom, is one of the successful models. This article introduces KU from the aspects such as its mission, operation, management, economic model, legal framework, achievement and so ＇on. It raises that Chinese libraries should do more to change their ideas about OA academic books, and to participate in crossover and international cooperation.
