摘要
本文研究了固溶—冷变形—时效处理对Cu-Zn-Ni-Al合金力学性能、耐腐蚀性和显微组织的影响。结果表明,经固溶与冷变形处理后进行时效热处理,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和硬度都有提高。合金随着PH值的增大其腐蚀速率降低。
The article studied the effects of solid solution--cold deformation--aging treatment on the mechanical properties, the corrosion resistance and microstructure of Cu-Zn-Ni-A1 alloy. The result showed that the tensile strength, yield strength and hardness of the Cu-Zn-Ni-Al alloy were enhanced after the solid solution and cold deformation and the aging treatment. As the PH value increased, the corrosion rate of alloy decreased.
