煤仓分段掘砌作业法研究

Study of coal bunker sectional excavation and building methods

煤矿井下煤仓通常采用砼支护。为了保证砼体质量,本文在反井钻机施工导孔并扩孔的基础上,提出了分段掘砌作业法,即将整个煤仓分成上、下两段,上分段由上向下刷扩,由下向上砌筑;下分段由下向上刷扩并砌筑。

Coal bunker is usually supported by reinforced concrete.This paper puts out sectional excavation and building methods on the base of raise-boring machine constructing hole-guiding and hole-expanding for the guarantee of concrete qualities.That＇s to say,we separate the coal bunker in two section,brush expansion from upper space to the bottom in the upper section,constructing from the bottom to upper space in the upper section,brush expansion and constructing from the bottom to upper space in the lower section.
