摘要
水利事业涉及到民生,要不断地改进水利建设的管理体制。本文针对现行体制中的薄弱环节,暴露出来的问题提出改进建议,为完善水利建设管理体制提供参考。
The water conservancy is related to people＇s livelihood. We should improve the management system of the water con servancy construction constantly. In this paper, the author comes up with an improvement proposal to the weak link in the cur rent system and exposed issues,and try to make contribution to water conservancy construction and management system.
