Particularly in the course of global integration, man has a higher demand for ecological environment and spiritual life. Therefore, the construction of demand development theory in the 21st century should consider not only the traditional economic elements but also the ecological and spiritual factors.Coordinate progress of the three aspects is the key step to sustainable development.
