Network Course Teaching Strategies under Multimedia Condition With Exquisite Course ‘Food Safety Inspection Technology' as an Example

结合目前国内外众多高等院校多媒体教学条件下网络课程学习的教学实际,在充分认识和理解多媒体教学重要意义的基础上,以构建网络课程多媒体教学质量评价体系为目标,以精品课程《食品安全检测技术》为例,从多媒体教学的多个环节入手,设计适合教学实际的、科学的、合理的多媒体教学条件下网络课程教学策略。

Combined teaching practice of network course under multimedia condition in many domestic and foreign institutions of higher-learning, based on fully understanding significance of multimedia teaching, in order to construct the network multimedia teaching quality evaluation system for the target, with exquisite course ＇ Food Safety Inspection Technology＇ as an example, starting from a number of links in the media teaching, network course teaching strategy under multimedia condition, which was suitable for teaching practical, scientific and rational, was designed.
