摘要
研究了基于TRIZ理论的计算机辅助创新软件Pro/Innovator在工程技术问题中的应用。针对目前轨检小车存在的手推换向装置操作不便导致作业效率降低的问题,应用TRIZ理论及Pro/Innovator软件对其进行系统组件的功能分析和因果分析,找到系统存在的矛盾冲突问题,结合软件提供的创新方案库,根据技术矛盾对应的创新原理创造性地提出轨检小车手推换向装置的改进方案。结果表明:经过改进后的换向装置提高了作业效率,实现了便捷换向功能。
The application on engineering and technology problems with computer-aided innovation software Pro / Innovator based on TRIZ was studied. Aiming at the current problem that the hand device of track inspection car can not be commutated conveniently,which lead to the inefficiency of operating,TRIZ and computer-aided innovation software Pro / Innovator were applied to find where conflicts exist through system components' functional and causal analyze. Combined with the innovative solutions Library the software provided,and according to the corresponding innovation principles,the solution of the problem was presented. The results show that the working efficiency is improved and the function of convenient commutation is achieved after improve the reversing device.
