摘要 将工业机器人上下料技术与CNC加工中心相结合,通过自动化改造,设计了一种新的机器人。该机器人实现了模块化自动上下料柔性制造单元,达到集成化、高精度、高效率的效果,并且大大节省了人工成本。 The industrial robot loading and unloading technique combined with computer numerical control( CNC) machining center,through automation innovation,a new kind of robot was designed. Modularization automatic loading and unloading flexible manufacturing unit was realized by this robot. Integration,high precision and high efficiency are achieved,and a great amount of cost of labor is saved.
