摘要
变速器液压系统对于变速器的性能有着重要影响。分析某装载机变速器的液压系统,包括主油压调压系统、换挡离合器,利用AMESim液压仿真软件建立了主油压调压系统、换挡离合器及整个液压系统控制模型,仿真结果表明该系统能够满足压力要求。并针对变速器液压系统分析了离合器结合、分离时序对换挡的影响,从而找到最佳的离合器结合、分离时序。
Transmission hydraulic system is very important of influence for the transmission performance. The hydraulic control system of a loader transmission was analyzed,including the main regulator system and shifting clutch. AMESim hydraulic simulation software was used to establish the control model of main regulator system,shifting clutch and the overall hydraulic system. The simulation result shows that the system is able to meet the pressure requirements,and aimed to the hydraulic system of transmission,the influence of timing of engagement and disengagement on shifting clutch was analyzed,thereby the optimal timing was obtained.
