基于SCOR模型的食品安全管理对我国民族地区农牧业食品供应的启示 被引量:2

Inspirations of Food Safety Management Based on SCOR Model for Agriculture and Husbandry of Chinese Minority Regions

摘要 在文献研究和实地调研的基础上,本文依据供应链管理理论和食品安全理论,运用供应链运作参考模型(SCOR模型)构建了"从农田到餐桌"的安全食品供应链;以SX公司为案例,将SCOR模型运用到其"采购-加工-销售"整条供应链;在分析我国现阶段食品供应链中普遍存在问题的基础上,结合我国民族地区农牧业食品供应发展的现状和特点,提出了基于SCOR模型的食品安全管理对我国民族地区农牧业食品供应的启示。 This paper builds a safe supply chain of food from farmland to table based on SCOR model,literature review,interviews and field survey. Taking SX Company for example,it specially applies the SCOR model into its whole supply chain. Finally,according to the current development of agriculture and husbandry of Chinese minority regions,this paper gives suggestions to promote food safety on the basis of food supply chain management.
