118例反应性关节炎患者,临床表现为无肿胀性关节疼痛和血生化改变,外周血多形核白细胞内可见中毒颗粒。经过临床医疗及康复综合治疗有效率为96.6％;显效与治愈率为50.0％。本文尚论及了该病的病因与发病机制。

An observation on 118 patients with reactive arthritis is reported in this artical. The clinical menifestations were painful symptom, without swelling on the joints, no changes in blood biochemical. The polymorphocytic toxic granuls in peripherol blood were detected. Comprehensive treatment with clinical and rehabilitation methods brought about favorable effects in 96.6% of patients; Significant improvement and cure in 50.0% The etiology and pathophysiology of the disease were reviewed.
