构建科学培养体系 促进辅导员队伍的全面发展

培养有道德有理想的人才是高校人才培养的首要任务,因此辅导员在高校人才培养中能够发挥重要的作用,辅导员队伍自身的发展和素质的提升就显得尤为重要。本文从高校开展通识教育的需要出发,提出要努力提升辅导员素养,促进辅导员队伍的全面发展。同时要构建科学化的辅导员培养体系,为辅导员的未来发展提供多渠道的路径,促进辅导员队伍的多样化发展。

Cultivating the students who were virtuous and have ideals is the most important task of talents culti- vation in universities, therefore counselors can play an important role in talents cultivation. It means that the counselor team＇s own development and improvement of quality are so particularly crucial. In this paper,according to the re- quirements of carrying out the general education in universities,we should put forward to improve the diathesis of the counselors,promote the comprehensive development of the counselor team. At the same time by building the scientific system of counselor training, we should provide multi-channel paths for the future development of coun- selors, and then promote the diversified development of the counselor team.
