基于ObjectARX的宗海界址图快速自动化绘制技术

Fast-Automatic Technology for Drawing Parcel Sea Boundary Map Base on Object ARX

宗海图精确记载宗海位置、界址点、界址线及与相邻宗海关系,是申明海域使用权属的重要依据,宗海图包括宗海位置图和宗海界址图。目前,大部分宗海界址图都是通过Auto CAD结合Arc GIS等多个软件绘制,绘制步骤比较繁琐。该文提出了基于Object ARX的宗海界址图快速自动化绘制技术,基于该技术开发出的宗海界址图快速成图系统可以减少宗海界址图的绘制步骤,实现了在单一Auto CAD环境下宗海界址图的快速自动化绘制。

Parcel sea map record parcels the sea location,sea boundary points,sea boundary line and the relationship with the adjacentsea accurately, which is the important basis for stating the sea using right.Parcel sea map includes the parcel sea location map and parcel sea boundary map.Currently,the parcel sea boundary map is drawed by AutoCAD combine with ArcGIS and other softwares,but there are complicated steps by mixed using these softwares .This paper proposed the Fast-automatic technology for drawing parcel sea boundary map base on ObjectARX, the parcel sea boundary map fast mapping system which developed by the above-mentioned technology reduced the steps of drawing parcel sea boundary map, and realized the Fast-automatic parcel sea boundary map drawing use only AutoCAD.
