摘要
目的比较3种粘结材料对后牙纵折的粘结效果。方法选取新鲜拔除的人完整磨牙30颗,建立后牙纵折的实验模型。分别用IBond自酸蚀粘结剂(A组)、Super-Bond C&B粘结剂(B组)和帕娜碧亚-F粘结剂(C组)粘结,将粘好的折裂牙试样在37℃生理盐水中放置24h后,检测其拉伸强度。结果 IBond自酸蚀粘结剂的拉伸强度为(11.60±2.39)MPa,Super-Bond C&B粘结剂的拉伸强度为(22.67±3.58)MPa,帕娜碧亚-F粘结剂的拉伸强度为(16.80±2.18)MPa,3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Superbond C&B粘结离体纵裂后牙的拉伸强度最强。
Objective To reveal the bond strengths of three adhesive materials ,and to evaluate their adhe-sive effects in vertically fractured posterior tooth.Methods Thirty intact human molars extracted freshly were sectioned into vertically fractured models and bonded with IBond (group A),Super-Bond C&B (group B),and panavia-F (group C).Then the bonded teeth were stored at 37℃ saline for 24h and meas-ured the bond strengths.Results The mean tensile bond strengths were (11.60±2.39)MPa for Ibond, (22.67±3.58)MPa for Super-Bond C&B,and (16.80 ± 2.18)MPa for panavia-F .The tensile bond strengths of them are statistically different (P〈0.05).Conclusion The tensile bond strengths of Super-Bond C&B is higher than the others.
