摘要
针对基于网络的计算机协同设计系统需求,创新性地采用基于小口径炮弹的产品数据仓库和基于小口径炮弹的产品数据管理工作区,建立基于Windchill的小口径炮弹集成平台.在小口径炮弹工艺设计中应用该集成平台,实现了小口径炮弹弹体的模型结构部件和小口径炮弹产品结构部件无缝链接,保持数据的一致性、正确性和完整性,使设计效率提高30%,缩短了小口径炮弹的产品设计周期,从根本上减轻了设计人员的工作强度.
In view of the demand of computer collaborative design system based on network, creatively adopt product data warehouse based on small-bore shells and product data management workspace based on small bore shells. Build integrated platform of small-bore shells based on Windchill, and apply the integrated platform to the process design of smallbore shells, having realized the seamless integration between the small-bore artillery projectile model structure components and small-bore shells product structure parts, maintained the data's consistency, accuracy and integrity, improved the efficiency of 30% of the design, shortened the product design cycle of small-bore shells and reduced the work intensity of designers.
