Assessment and Countermeasures for Technology Transfer from Marketization Perspective

影响技术转移的因素包括宏观与微观因素,目前技术转移的价格受技术转移成本、技术转移收益、技术转移风险的影响,技术转移价格随着孕育期、产业化期、成熟期、衰退期呈现不同的特征,基于此,提出市场化的技术转移对策为:完善技术转移法律政策、创新技术转移发展模式。

Both macro and micro factors affect technology transfer. The price of technology transfer has been influenced by the cost, benefit, and the risk of technology transfer. In addition, it exhibits different characteristics at different periods, i.e, the incubation period, the industrialization period, mature period, and decline period. The corresponding countermeasures forwarded for the marketization of technology transfer are the improvement of legal policies and the innovation of the development model.
