丹参多酚酸盐注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Salvianolate Injection for Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的应用Meta分析系统评价丹参多酚酸盐注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效和安全性。方法按照循证医学的要求,全面检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库中2000年至2014年发表的丹参多酚酸盐治疗冠心病心绞痛随机对照临床试验相关文献,把符合纳入标准的6篇文献共计421例患者作为Meta分析的对象,选择心绞痛症状疗效、心电图疗效作为效应指标,采用Cochrane协作网免费提供的Rev Man4.2专用软件进行统计学分析。结果 6项研究经Meta分析合并后结果显示,丹参多酚酸盐注射液治疗组在减少心绞痛发作次数、改善缺血性心电图和不良反应方面均优于常规组。结论现有的临床证据表明,丹参多酚酸盐注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛有效,安全性较高,但仍需严格设计的、大样本的随机双盲对照试验来验证和支持其临床疗效。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of salvianolate injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris by Meta-analysis. Methods： According to the requirements of evidence-based medicine,there were 6 articles（421 patients） in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris after retrieving literatures on randomized controlled trials（RCTs） of salvianolate injection from Chinese periodical full-text database and Wanfang full-text database from 2000 to 2014. The effects of angina pectoris and ECG were selected as the study indice. Rev Man4.2 software provided by Cochrane collaboration net was applied for data processing and statistical analysis. Results： 6 studies were incorporated by Meta-analysis and the results showed that salvianolate injection group was better than those of control group in terms of reducing the number of angina attacks and improving ischemic ECG. Conclusion： From the existing clinical evidence,salvianolate injection is effective and safe in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. However,rigorous design and large sample randomized double-blind controlled trial are still needed to verify and support its clinical effectiveness.
