组织机构代码网上办理系统建设的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration on Developing Online Management System of Organization Code

本文基于笔者的工作实践,在转变组织机构代码业务办理方式上进行探索,尝试将先进的计算机硬件技术、软件技术、网络通信技术与科学的组织管理技术和规范相结合,通过合理规划业务流程和统一平台设计,建立组织机构代码网上办理系统,达到方便客户、提高办事效率,减轻代码颁证机构的工作压力的目的。通过系统的建设实践,笔者分析存在的问题,提出了几点建设性建议。

Based on the author＇s working practice, this paper explores the ways to transform the organization code business management, tries to combine the technologies of computer hardware and software, communication with scientific organizational management and regulation, and establish the online conduction system of organization code by reasonable regulation business process and united platform design, so as to provide convenience to customer, improve efficiency, and less work pressure on the certification organizations. Through the practice to develop the system, the paper analyzes the existing problems and presents some constructive recommendations.
