摘要
目的分析和研究米索前列醇和催产素在预防剖宫产产妇术后出血方面的临床治疗效果。方法选取该院2013年6月—2014年6月接收的剖宫产产妇共175例,按照随机原则将其分成观察组88例和对照组87例,对照组产妇单纯给予药物催产素来预防剖宫产术后出血,对于观察组产妇,则在对照组使用催产素的基础上,另外加用药物米索前列醇。然后对比两组剖宫产妇手术中、手术后2 h与24 h的出血量,并对比两组剖宫产妇产后的出血发生率与不良反应的发生率。结果观察组患者术中、术后2 h与24 h的出血量分别为(213±25)m L、(155±13)m L和(379±65)m L,明显低于对照组患者,两组上述指标对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,两组产后出血率对比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.407,P<0.05)。两组产妇均没有出现明显的不良反应。结论药物米索前列醇联合药物催产素可以非常明显地减少剖宫产产妇术后出血量与出血发生率,并且无不良反应发生。
Objective to analysis and study of misoprostol and oxylocin hemorrhage clinical beatment effect in the prevention privertice after cesarean section. Methods in our h0spital from 2013 June to 2014 June received cesarean section 175 cases, ran- domly divided into the observation group 88 cases and control group 87 cases, control group only received drug maternal oxytocin to prevent hemorrhage after cesarean section, for the observation group of women, on the basis of the control group use of oxytocin the addition of the drug, with misoprostol. Then compare the two groups of cesarean section operation, after operation in 2 h and 24 h and the amount of bleeding, compared two groups of cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage rate of incidence and adverse reaction. Results the^amount of bleeding in the observation group during and after the operation, 2 h and 24 h were (213±25)mL, (155±13)mL and (379±65) mL, significantly lower than the control group of patients, comparing the two groups of the above index- es, there are obvious differences (P 〈 0.05), with statistical significance. In addition, compared to the rate of postpartum hemor- rhage of two groups, the difference also had statistical significance (X2=2.407, P 〈 0.05). The two groups of mothers all did not ap- pear obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion the drug misoprostol combined with drug oxytocin can very significantly reduce the amount of bleeding and the incidence of bleeding after cesarean section, and no adverse reaction.
