口炎清颗粒联合阿昔洛韦治疗婴幼儿疱疹性龈口炎的疗效研究分析

Observation of the curative effect of Kouyanqing granule combined with acy-clovir in the treatment of infantile herpetic stomatitis

目的研究分析口炎清颗粒联合阿昔洛韦治疗婴幼儿疱疹性龈口炎的临床治疗效果。方法选择该院2012年12月—2013年12月收治的80例婴幼儿疱疹性龈口炎患儿作为研究对象,将所有患儿按照数字随机法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组40例。对照组患儿单纯采用阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组患儿采用口炎清颗粒联合阿昔洛韦治疗。对比观察两组患儿的治疗有效率、口内溃疡时间、发热天数、流涎天数、进食水困难情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿在治疗后治愈率达到95.0%(38/40),明显高于对照组患儿的67.5%(27/40),两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿口内溃疡时间、发热天数以及进食水困难情况均明显优于对照组患儿,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿在流涎天数情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者出现2例轻度脱水,对照组出现1例轻度脱水,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于疗婴幼儿疱疹性龈口炎采用口炎清颗粒联合阿昔洛韦的临床治疗效果显著,能够有效减轻疼痛,缓解溃疡持续时间,值得临床广泛推广。

Objective To study the clinical analysis of curative effect of Kouyanqing Granules Combined with acyclovir in treat- ment of infantile herpetic stomatitis. Methods in our hospital from 2012 December to 2013 December were 80 cases of infantile herpetic stomatitis patients as the research object, all children according to randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group were only treated with acyclovir treatment, the observation group were treated by Kouyanqing Granules Combined with acyclovir treatment. The treatment of the two groups were compared in children with efficiency, mouth ulcers, fever days time, salivation days, eating water difficulties and adverse effect. Results in the observa- tion group after treatment in children with cure rate reached 95% （38/40）, significantly higher than the control group of 67.5% children patients（27/40）, statistically significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The observation group with the mouth ulcers, fever days time and feeding water diffieuhies were significantly better than the control group children, with statistically sig- nificant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Differences in salivation duration in two groups of children was not statistical- ly significant （P〉0.05）. Patients in the observation group 2 cases mild dehydration, the control group had 1 cases of mild dehydra- tion, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion for the treatment of infantile herpetic stomatitis Kouyan- qing granules by clinical therapeutic effect of acyclovir were significant, and can effectively alleviate pain, relieve ulcer duration, worth clinical promotion.
